The Commission regularly seeks public comment to help inform its decisions. Until February 28, 2027, we are seeking public input into BC Ferries’ PT7 submission. The Commissioner will use BC Ferries’ submission to set the price caps—the maximum allowable average annual increase on system-wide fares that BC Ferries will be permitted to charge in the upcoming 4-year term.

General Customer Complaints
Although the Commission does not handle day-to-day complaints about BC Ferries, customers can appeal to us if an issue has not been resolved to their satisfaction.
