Routes 5 and 9 Application Correction 2018-05-28

Routes 5 and 9 – Application Pursuant to Section 43 of the Coastal Ferry Act. We are writing to provide a correction to British Columbia Ferry Services Inc.’s (“BC Ferries”) application of May 7, 2018 (“the Application”) pursuant to section 43 of the Coastal Ferry Act for authorization from the British Columbia Ferries Commissioner to temporarily reduce service below the core service levels set out in the Coastal Ferry Services Contract for designated ferry routes 5 (Swartz Bay to the Gulf Islands) and 9 (Tsawwassen to the Southern Gulf Islands).
